ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 Days to let you know your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 Days using. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders under $60. Our Orders Will Be Shipped Depending on the Fulfillment Center the Product is From.

Average Transit Times for Economy Shipping: 5 – 12 Business Days

There Are Circumstances That Are Out of Control (Natural Disasters, Holidays, Weather, etc.) That May Cause Shipping Postponements. While Most Packages Will Arrive on Time, There May Be Circumstances and Delays That Our Carriers May Experience. For This Reason, We Do Not Guarantee the Exact Delivery Time; the Delivery Issue is the Responsibility of the Shipping Company.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after order, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Shipping is calculated based on the current shipping rates, items weight and the distance the parcel has to travel. Items must be unworn with the original tags and labels attached. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@vellent.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. The refund will be processed once we have received the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
